Is it safe?

For visitors of this website: What data we process and how we protect it is described in our privacy policy. In short: no tracking, no cookies for visitors, servers in Germany.

For clients who want to use our AI services: Requests to the language models we use run via API interfaces (including OpenRouter). This data is not used to train the models. Depending on the provider, short-term retention for abuse monitoring may apply; on request we configure zero-data-retention endpoints only, where inputs are not stored at all.

The decisive factor, however, is your own environment. The safety of AI in a company stands or falls with the setup: who can access what, which data ends up in prompts, and how access is secured. We provide consulting and implementation — from technical hardening to policies for handling company and customer information.

For added safety we offer an anonymization/pseudonymization solution: personal and business-critical data is removed or replaced before it is processed by the language model — the model only sees what it is meant to see.
