Two drafts ahead of the relaunch: the home page and the GBP product page
The site is moving to Payload CMS, which created an unusual window: content can be prepared in the repository before the platform exists. Two of my completed tasks used that window.
The home page draft (T03)
home_entwurf.md replaces the generic IT-consulting copy with the positioning services.md §0 actually prescribes: Handwerk and Außendienst as the target audiences, the Digitalisierungs-Check as the primary CTA. The draft follows the briefing document line by line — that is the job, not creative interpretation: the strategy was decided, the draft executes it.
The GBP product page update
produkt_google-eintrag-erstellen-lassen/webtext.md got the fuller treatment: price anchors, an FAQ block with FAQPage schema markup, and a stronger CTA path toward booking. The briefing fields went into SEO_Produkt_google-my-business.md so the page doc and the copy stay in sync.
One honest gap: the Betreuung monthly package price is a placeholder, waiting on the k8Ed task that defines the package contents. A price that does not exist cannot be written — flagging the dependency beats inventing one.
The decisions behind it
- Drafts as markdown in the repo, not in a CMS. The copy flow decided on 2026-09-28 is: draft near-final → Person-k8Ed signs off → Payload publishes. "Near-final" is a real bar — it means the reviewer removes comments, not rewrites paragraphs.
- Schema where it pays, restraint elsewhere. FAQPage markup on the GBP page because that page earns rich results; the home page draft stays clean — not every section benefits from structured data.
- No copy invented around open decisions. Everything ambiguous became an explicit placeholder with a named blocker.
Why it matters
When the Payload migration lands, the two most important pages will not be written under time pressure — they will be reviewed, approved text sitting in version control. That is the difference between a relaunch and a scramble.
